Make Reservations

Your family reunion may be two years away or it may be next month but it's not too early to reserve the facilities you want for it. In most cases you can cancel reservations with no penalty so just do it and give yourself the peace of mind of knowing that the things you need are reserved for you.

You'll need to verify reservations later on, of course, to make sure lodging, transportation and other facilities don't "get lost." But for now you want to make sure things are available and that someone else doesn't get them before you do.

Make a list of the facilities, lodging, travel, furnishings and restaurants you want for the reunion. Add the phone numbers or web sites you need to make the reservations. Then spend an hour or so and get it done. You'll breathe a sigh of relief when you know everything is set up the way you want it.
