Put Up Signs

If you're holding your family reunion at a home that is familiar to everyone, you don't need signs. Otherwise, put them up. Start by placing signs on tables, doors, and other areas.

If the facility where you're holding the reunion is hard to find, put up signs at key points along the route to guide family members to it.

Especially put up your sign at the entrance. It reassures family members they found the right location. It also lets neighbors know what's going on.

Make sure the entrance sign is easy to see. Add a few balloons or something else to guide everyone's eye to it.
